Please fix this
I love this game and come back to it often, but there is a particular boss level, which, to me, seems impossible to complete, resulting in my not being able to progress to other boss levels. A green snake and purple one seem to just clash with one another, where one sits on top, preventing movement of the bottom snake, but when you move the top snake, it hits the tail of the bottom snake, again, preventing movement. This has always been the case, but when I had the game on my old iPad, you could skip that particular level and move to the next one. Top marks aside from this one issue. Thank you.

Game won’t load anymore
I love this game, especially after I paid to stop getting the numerous ads.
But I can’t play it anymore since an update. The game has a blank screen and when I hit play no snakes appear. I have updated again today but it still won’t work.

Boss levels
Wish you would fix the boss levels. One level is impossible to complete. When you skip it, the next time you get a boss level you get the same one. Every single time the same boss level. I have told you about this before and you removed it. But it is back and still impossible to get out. Therefore I can’t do any boss levels at all. It has taken the fun out of the game.

Phantom traps or snakes
In adventure 30, when I tried to move a snake but it got caught by a “phantom trap” that s previous snake had been trapped I revived that snake and the trap was removed …. Why did the snake get trapped again when nothing was there? Thank you

Loosing rate
Please put the SKIP option back in the 3D Neon snakes. You have one level that is impossible to pass and there’s no more skip anymore. If you refuse to put the skip back, than make ALL levels passable. Hard is one thing, but this one level is impossible.

Unsolvable puzzles
Some puzzles are unsolvable (e.g.; in Boss level.) Extremely frustrating. It doesn’t even allow me to move to the next Boss puzzle, which it used to do. I’m cancelling the app.

I have been playing this game for many years but the adds are getting ridiculous, you can’t even get out of the add and you have to close the app. Please correct this problem, I love your game but I might have to start looking elsewhere
For ages 13+
If this game is suitable for 13year olds, then why are there adds with semi-naked hookers flashed in your face every add break. This is disgusting; sexually explicit adds must be removed; exposing children to pornographic images is against the law.
