Fake friends

Was friend with a female ( Latina Blue Butterfly) for 1 year 1 month. Supported her everyday. Of every
Month. until recently we had an argument because apparently I need permission to say the word “BLUE” because she was eaten, and I had already asked her a question, but she ignored it. So I said “BLUE” well she lost the head and snapped.

Females on here are soo fake that you’d need a years worth of rehab to workout they’re not here for friends. But money!

Don’t fall for blue butterfly’s tactics of sending Castles and lions because that’s all she wants from everyone that’s a male. She will bleed you dry.

Account suspended for no reason, no support!

Besides the fact that the app is a bit of a mess overall, the larger concern is the lack of support when you experience problems. In my case I attempted to purchase coins with a credit card and it was flagged and blocked by my credit card company. Immediately at the same time I received a notice inside the app that my account was suspended. Unfortunately I didn’t see this until after I had authorized the charge with my credit card company and completed the coins purchase. So now I have purchased coins in my account that can’t be used. I tried to reach out to Tango and they were unresponsive after multiple attempts. I’ll quote from their FAQ on account suspension “if customer support is unavailable, then your account is likely permanently blocked. In this case you may usually create a new account by uninstalling the app.” Notice how there is zero mention of recouping your funds that may be locked up, so they are literally attempting to steal from you. Of course i am going to work with my CC company and initiate a chargeback but I would be very careful with this company if I were you.

Do Not Download

As a Christian man myself who is looking for a wholesome relationship with a likeminded woman to establish a relationship with, I was taken aback by the level of depravity that women and men are willing to stoop down to perform sexual acts online while asking for people to pay them in gifts, tokens, etc. If that’s your thing, by all means, but as far as I am concerned, this is not what I am looking for.

An other fake scam game

When you start playing it shows you won real money I earned $2000 and after watching around 1000 ads they asked you hundreds of tasks and wait 1 day for each , when I completed all tasked , and I signed my paypal account everything changed! all those dollars disappeared and replaced by just coins which you use just to play! in ads they claimed you play for real money not fake! but this is one of those fake games ! just stay away from them even playing is not enjoyable because you have to stop to watch those fake games ads !!! horrible people they design this kind of games !! I wasted my time

Dishonest scammers

My suggestion and recommendation would be not to waste your time or your energy on this application. When you are deliberately stolen from, there is no retribution, there is no action taken. You just lose your money in the application. Does nothing to support you and getting back your loss phones… I highly suggest you do not download this application and definitely do not waste your money. this individual is a perfect example. (@ffangirllixxx). do not waste your time or money…. The irony is that they respond to your post to email them and I’ve emailed them at least five times with no response so do not tell me to email the support team when I’ve already emailed the support team at least 5 to 6 times get your stuff together.

Thief broadcasters

There are a lot of broadcasters on here who take your money for a 1-1 show and then go offline and block you there needs to be more done to stop this are it’s the people buying the coins and sending them that are keeping this app going and you need to do a lot more to protect them from thieves and what is the point of a premium show that doesn’t allow the performers to do no more than a live show surely the point of a premium show the the viewers have to pay to enter should not be restricted as it’s not a live show but a paid group show

Tango Games Crashing

Greetings Tango
Love the app in general. But while playing the game “Dragon’s Crash”, it literally crashed 8 times. It crashed a total of 8 times in a 15 minute timeframe, resulting in the lost of a total of 45,000 coins. This is not good because even with me having over 100,000 coins I can’t cash them in for real money but i have to spend real money to buy the coins, just to have the Tango Games crash and I lose out without. When the games crash all placed bets are lost. This is a major issue “ at least to me, because I solely use this app for the games.”
Can you please provide me with any assistance?

Full of scammers/no protection of privacy!

This app is full of girls who will scam you every chance they get- especially Ukraine and Russian girls! Support does nothing to punish these girls and protect men who spend thousands of dollars! They have no way to force such thieves to return the money they steal. Support team also does nothing to protect private identity of men's account ownership. Any girl can file a report when you complain about her theft and all the man's accounts will be confirmed to her so she can block and avoid being exposed. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP OR ANY OF THE GIRLS!!! IT IS ALL ONLY USED TO STEAL A MAN'S MONEY WITH NO WAY TO BE REIMBURSED. STAY AWAY!!!

Sound, notifications, and video previews

Two things. First off, I had to make a new account but one my new one I don’t have the option for video preview. It’s literally not even in my settings, but then when I log back into my old account it’s there. Can someone please explain to me how this problem even occurs and how to fix it????? Also PLEASE give us more notification options. There is no way to turn off notifications sent to you by the actual tango accounts, they send promotional notifications for coins and stuff like that but I don’t want these types of notifications, please change that. Also please give us the option to have sound automatically on when we enter a live broadcast. It’s very annoying having to turn the sound on every time I enter a live or turn it back on when another user joins the live I’m watching. Also please update you guys’ desktop version of the app. Sometimes I have no choice but to use tango on safari but for the past few days it’s been constantly freezing and lagging on any live I watch. I’ve been doing this for a while and it used to work perfectly fine on desktop, now it’s almost unusable. PLEASE

Terrible App (RACIST TOO)

I tried using Tango as a streamer and instantly hated it. I’ve noticed that this app has majority Hispanic women or women from other countries besides the United States. As a black girl, I’ve noticed some racism. I will do less than what A LOT of these girls on are doing and end up banned for 5-10 minutes. These girls show a lot of explicit material, and I’ve even seen something illegal be promoted while on here. I’ve gotten kicked off lives for doing less and I’ve gotten my account SUSPENDED as well. Customer service is nonexistent on here as I’ve had two separate chats I started and never got a response. I’ve made money on there and wasn’t able to transfer it before getting suspended. They also don’t have a option for United States streamers to transfer to a Visa card, because there’s no “United States” option when you go to enter your country. There’s too many issues and clear bias and racism on here. FIX IT TANGO & YOU’D BE A BETTER APP!

Lacks any accountability / Carece de responsabilidad

I was a partner with an agency on Tango and complied with all expectations and policy guidelines. I was making good money and successfully building my agency until Tango abruptly changed their policy and stopped paying agencies. There was absolutely no communication about these changes, no explanation for why I wasn't paid for all the time and effort I invested.

Be warned: Tango can change their terms whenever they want and will keep your money without any accountability. Their communication is abysmal, and their customer service is beyond terrible. This app is a nightmare for anyone trying to run a legitimate business.

This app is by far one of the best! Some of the best features you can find here on Tango. I rated Tango a four (4) because I would like to see Tango add more features, such as family challenges. In order words, the top ten (10) families on the leaderboard at the end of the month will win diamonds reward. That reward will vary depending on your place in the top ten. That reward will also go to the leader of the family who will distribute the diamonds reward fairly to those in his or her family. I believe that’s a good idea. However, I love Tango!
