لي تجربتين معاهم للأسف سيئة ، العميل ليس من أولوياتهم ، مواعيد التوصيل غير دقيقة بمعنى تطلب وتحدد يوم التوصيل يوصلك الطلب بعد اليوم المحدد بيومين . أعتقد هذا سوء تعامل واحترام للعميل

اتوقع ان ماعندهم خدمة عملاء الوتساب و الرد الالي يقول لك سيتم الاتصال بك ولا احد يتصل ولا فيه جوده بالمنتج
تطبيق سيء لا يعمل لا انصح به
محاولة اختيار موقع بعد تحميل وفتح التطبيق لا يقبل اي مكان ، لا عجب ان تقييم التطبيق سيء جدا

المره الثانية تطلبه فترة الصباح تمادى ولا يجيك إلا باليوم الي بعده فترة المساء .

The Worst Customer Experience.
I have started to use the app three weeks the total three deliveries requested only one came on the same day, one of them was super late, that last one never received. Submitted a complaint ticket for 10 days no one cares and nor response to my complaint. Decided not to use it again until they improve their customers experience.
