Run away. Ownership is a horror movie.

I cannot tell you the amount of time I have wasted on this product. It took hours to configure and constantly has issues communicating. Batteries die and it fails to recover state. Software was terrible buggy and even the status lights don’t actually mean what the manual says. Now that Generac took over support and they don’t even pretend to diagnose problems. Product was a great idea and executed in the worst possible way by the most incompetent team.

Worked great...for a little while

Been trying to setup or monitor on a new WiFi network for some time. Device in setup mode and return to app with no response. Issues with newer iOS releases?

Drops WiFi signal.,tank network not in WiFi list

Nothing but problems since purchasing 2 years ago. Worked well for about the first 6 months. About ready to throw $200 in the garbage.
