Placed order for the first time and the experience is pathetic , no response on the customer care number , no updates , and no water delivered , amount stuck in the wallet ,

Bad app useless
Can’t depend during emergency. Our regular tanker directly is better these guys expressed helplessness when we require water in an emergency situation very bad experience
