Software reports “No Data”
Since update in April to new app haven’t I been able to see any data via the app although I can access my account and data via web browser interface without issue. Contacted support when first observed, initially support delayed, been in almost constant contact with developers but so far (3 days later) no change.

Works until the tank level drops under 60%
I have two monitors on two seperate tanks. The first worked accurately so I bought a second for the other tank. The second TankMate chewed through the batteries only lasting a few weeks, after some trouble shooting and testing they replaced this under warranty and the new was fine. The problems started as the tank levels got lower, at around 60% or anything lower they both kept reporting the same tank levels over and over even though the level was much lower. I raised multiple support tickets (I must be up to around 6) but there was no response. I’ve called their support number multiple times but it’s just a call centre and they raised another ticket on my behalf, no call or contact back.
If you happy to just see levels when the tank is over half full it works, if you want to see what your tank level is if it gets lower (a key point), maybe look for another option.

Really good device
It’s a really good device and a handy app. - it certainly is the best way to check the water left in the tank.
For the price of the subscription, it should include a longer range than 30 days for the usage. More like 12 or 15 months to check on last years usage.
