Tao Group Ticketing is the operations app for Tao Group Hospitality venue teams and approved event promoters. LIVE SELLOUT TRACKING On show days, a Live Activity on your Lock Screen tracks tickets sold against capacity and updates every 15 minutes, so you can see a night pacing toward a sellout without opening anything. When an event sells out, the card celebrates it. DOOR SCANNING Scan guest ticket QR codes with your camera to check people in at the door, with instant confirmation of valid, duplicate, or unknown tickets. END-OF-DAY RECAP At 10 PM the app delivers the day's top five best-selling events, with a venue-by-venue split and a comparison against the same night last week. SALES ALERTS Push notifications when an event hits a sales milestone. SECURE BY DEFAULT Face ID locks the app on launch. Access is limited to approved Tao Group staff and promoters; the app does not offer public sign-up.
