Strip lights no longer supported
I used this app with a handful of various Taotronics LED Light Strips around my house. Everything worked fine up until this past winter 2024. The app opens but doesn’t function properly. Every action yields an error message “Please try again later.” All of my lights are stuck on Christmas colors until I change them manually but not all controllers are within reach. While I can remove light strips from my app, I’m no longer able to add light strips. Huge fail!

Error - can’t change color
Like the other user I haven’t been able to change color since December. It always says please try again later!

Your app won’t let me change the color or schedule of the lights I want changed. I can turn them on and off but when I tap to make a change to the lights, I keep getting a pop up that says “try again later.” It’s been a week
Worked great- until it stopped
We have a wonderful sound machine that uses this app- unfortunately the last month or so the app has not been responsive. You can open it but it doesn’t respond to input. All changes sre done manually on the device. We can’t figure out how to contact support so I’m left with this review instead!
Perfect for toddler
This is awesome! So much more affordable than some of those other sound machines geared towards babies & toddlers. I can set multiple schedules for it to turn on whenever we need it for my kid’s nap & bedtime. It’s so convenient & works great!
Love this light, noise machine and app.
While its not perfect, meaning, it’s a bit finicky, collectively, this light noise machine an app function together well, and are amazing. I’ve been using this for 2 1/2 years.
Kids love it
We bought two. The kids love it and I can set timers for the light and sound to turn on and off. They love the variety of light choices. Great investment.
Nursery white noise machine
Our app stopped working. Contacted tech support, they said they were doing a full app overhaul…no date given. Update on app appeared (we had to check periodically - company did not notify us). Our product not on the updated device list.
Now device won’t connect with wifi, and cannot reliably get WiFi reset light to blink or even turn on.
Seems like a great idea - not a great implementation of the idea. Wanted to give 5 stars. No longer can.

Great sound machine
I’ve been using this sound machine since my son was a newborn. He’s now 19 months. The vacuum sound worked perfect for us and so has the dim red light. The app is very easy to use. Have no issues at all.
Was good but not anymore
It was a good app and good sound machine til now cause I accidentally deleted my device on my app and now it won’t reconnect. Very frustrating can’t even have a person help with the app cause there’s not a way. I won’t be buying another one of these sound machine ever again!
Perfect!
I needed something that plugged into the wall and not battery operated. A definite plus that I can control with my phone. I start the machine before nap time and it’s on a schedule for bedtime. It automatically kicks on at a certain time. Love this!
The best thing ever
I’m really love this it really helps me sleep and calm down when I am tense.
Can’t pair my device
Shouldn’t be this complicated to pair the device, adding my email, making a account, then it’s not even working when I try to pair them. Considering taking it back to the store for a refund.

I’m giving it 5’stars for the customer service. Is it the best no, but when my sound machine stopped working they sent me a new on right away. Which I think is pretty great. It was nice to not be put around in circles. So thank you.

Lots of features. One big oversight
If any devs or reps see this. I have the sleep machine / night light. It has the ability to program when it turns on/off. I’d like it to be one color for when my kids sleep and then turn green when it’s time for them to wake up. The problem is, if my ‘sleep’ schedule ends at 7am, it will not let me begin the green ‘wake’ schedule until 7:01am. If I try 7am it gives an error that they can’t overlap. And so from 7 until 7:01am, the light and sounds turn off. Which wake both of my kids up and the youngest (2) starts crying because she’s scared of the dark. I’d love an update that allows the schedule to not need a one minute gap between modes. Would be 6 out of 5 stars if that worked.
