What happened to the live events I haven’t seen them in a while that’s the only mode I play. Been waiting for one but have got nothing for over 5 months. And the game hasn’t gotten an update in 3 years.

Nicht mehr spielbar
Seit 2 Tagen kann man nicht mehr spielen, da ständig die Verbindung zum Server abbricht und man permanent wieder auf den Stand von Freitag befördert wird. Power-Ups die eingesetzt wurden sind trotzdem einfach weg - so am Freitag passiert.

Events always broken
I’ve been playing the game for a long time. The events lately are always broken and stuck on the connecting page. The devs don’t fix it despite multiple reviews saying the same
Frustrated
Lost over two years of data and all purchases made over the years emailed customer support and haven’t heard back
Fix Events
About half the times I go to open the current event, I get the Connecting, Please Wait… screen. I’ve finished rest of the game so this is the only thing worth playing but I can’t get it to open consistently. Especially frustrating when it keeps you from playing something with a time limit. Fix it and the rating goes up.

Make it so events actually work. Or make it so the event upgrades are free. Why would I pay for extra boosts when you guys stopped updating this game 2 years ago?

Ads
So tired of this game asking you to watch ads for double production and then the ads don’t work. Then you have to log out of game because the broken ads freeze the game. So tired of this that I have to delete this game. If I could give negative stars I would.
Glitch
I am playing the current event and when I click on the warp section, I get stuck on the ‘connecting, please wait’ screen. I have to close the app and occasionally restart my phone to get back into the event. Please fix this!

(Initial review) A simple concept, executed to perfection. One of the most addictive games out there. I can not recommend this game enough. A big shoutout to the developers, who offer some of the best customer support I have experienced in a game. (thanks Joe!)
(Update) The developers have fizzled out with this game. It’s still a good little time waster, but there are no new events, glitches don’t get fixed, like special events not loading unless you close and reopen the game a few times. World 3 has been “coming soon” for ages now and will probably never arrive. Give us a big update and this game will be great again!
