The offline tap translation(inside of other apps) doesn’t work, and it requires an internet connection always.

The app can translate offline, just make sure the languages you are using are downloaded first, then everything should work as expected. Share function on picture function, camera, voice problems, but other functions seem to work for now
the camera function claims my ipad isn't compatible despite my ipad has the latest IOS update, the picture function on the share function crashes, voice function claim my iphone is on mute despite my I using a ipad and the voice function volume is low despite my ipad volume is set medium on the volume.
