It’s definitely helped improve engagement, though I wish there were more options for customizing the link’s appearance.

Good application
Love how simple this is! The NFC card is sleek, and customers can leave reviews with just a tap. It’s boosted our Google reviews a lot, and it’s so much easier than dealing with multiple QR codes. My only issue is that it doesn’t allow for much customization in terms of design, but still a great tool overall.

Good reviews, but customization lacks
The reviews we’re getting are great, but I wish there were more options to customize the NFC cards and feedback form. Still, it works well for getting quick reviews from customers.
