Progress stats do not update

Sincerely apologize for the lack of response! We are new and working diligently, but seems our support email address isn’t delivering to my inbox as have not received your request for help. I have just assumed no emails came in but will immediately fix the email and look for your message regarding your progress stats. Again, feel terrible as really do want to help users have a great experience!
