I have tic disorders and I have to be doing something to fuel stimulation. I can‘t not be doing something. I have anxiety issues and panic attacks regularly. I discovered Tappy and I use it so often that it’s become a daily exercise. It powers my brain and calms my anxiety. I totally recommend.

Omgggg Tappy had been the best fidget app I’ve everrrr used it calmed me down with the fidgets but they also have an arcade meditation your own little Tappy you take care of and a mood journal trust me it is amazing 💚💚💚💚

i genuinely love this app so much!!! it has helped me with my anxiety, insomnia, and depression in the short time that i've had this app, very worth the download, i just wish that everything was free, but other than that, great app 10/10 would download again!!!

I LOVE THIS APP. It's one of the few things that helps with stress and poor sleep. The only thing I don't like is that I have to use the phone/look at blue light while using it. PLEASE make a (reasonably priced) Tappy device that eliminates the need for a phone/phone screen and has all the breathwork/meditation/relaxation features of the app (including the cat purr).
