Doesn't work

App crashes when you try to add a step.

No lock to keep little ones out

This app would be perfect schedule app if it only had a lock on the settings to keep kids from editing. I really thought an app like this would have that as it is necessary for working with autistic children.
I will change my rating if app gets lock.

Excellent AAC Tool

As a Speech Pathologist, I have found this app to be extremely valuable. Students have used it to count the days on the calendar, activate the verses to songs and stories, used it to tell stories and to increase their ability to communicate and interact with others. Easy to program too!

Lots of bugs...

I got this app instead of buying a step-by-step communication device for my son who has cerebral palsy and very limited motor abilities. It does what it's supposed to once the sequences are set up, but setting them up tedious. Half the time, I have to do some steps over and over again because the highlighted step isn't always the one you're editing. It's very confusing.

I even paid the extra $24.99 to get the PCS images since he uses the same ones in school. The drop-down menu to add images doesn't load all the way most of the time so I have to keep turning the iPad on and off to get it to work.

Like i said, it works well once the sequences are set up, but I really hope these bugs get fixed soon. This app has the potential to be great and could replace step-by-step communication devices. It's cheaper than the BIG step-by-step button that I was originally going to purchase, and you can keep as many sequences as you want, so there's no need to erase and rerecord every time you want to do another sequence.

Great Apps by TapSpeak!!!

TapSpeak Sequence was utilized in a day habilitation center with a non-verbal individual. The staff was misty after seeing how he was able to tap and participate in a cause and effect activity using your app. He was able to focus and reduce stimulating behaviors during this task. This individual demonstrated limited purposeful interactions up until this assessment/intervention. Thank you for creating these apps and including the switch capability.
