Fun game but no undos for mistakes and unhelpful customer support
You can spend hundreds of dollars on this game and accidentally merge a few heroes it took you months to collect and they have no way of helping you get them back. Play for free but don’t waste your real money getting VIP tiers. In game customer support was not helpful

Didn’t refresh anything last night
Woke up to do my routinely tasks, only to find that the timers were all STILL AT 10Hrs… wow, that’s annoying. So I’m unable to do my typical morning grind before I start my work. Guess I’ll do the minor things and go do something else

I used to be smitten with this game; however, I don't get the least of what premium (paid) players have despite all the effort and time I devoted to it. I don't believe in your fair gameplay, and that's obviously why you don't receive great reviews. You should learn from games like MLBB that offers a lot of free gifts and skins to all players to keep them entertained and ensure fairer gameplay than any other similar games. I love the charming animation and character designs of this game, but I can't deal with knowing that I'll never get a personalised 5-star hero which could keep me motivated enough to keep playing.

Terrible game
They don’t give you what you purchase. They will just say that we have double verification that you requested to purchase. I did but they did not give me what I should have gotten. They made it clear that I can’t get a refund as I told them I don’t any a refund I want what I paid for. No response.

Vale a pena abaixar porque você pode jogar o jogo o dia inteiro sempre vai ter uma coisa pra você fazer e isso não é chato pelo contrário é divertido a única coisa ruim é só poder continuar as fases upando level também poderiam melhorar o sistema de arena pra você cair com jogadores do seu nível fora essas duas coisas o jogo é excelente

Уже 3 дня глючит игра, не прогружает контент, постоянно висит значок что нет сети. Переустановка игры ничего не поменяла. В общем игра перестала «работать». (Айфон 12) . Разработчики исправьте проблему.
