Banned—but the bullies aren’t.
My friend was told to kill himself every week in chat. Then someone made a fake account with his photo and started saying horrendous things. They banned my friend without warning, but not the fake account.
I tried for several weeks, maybe over a month now, to seek help in good faith, through multiple appropriate channels.
Like many others who were completely ignored by staff elsewhere, I posted in Discord that the lack of acknowledgment was unacceptable.
And they banned me for it! From Discord AND the app. No warning or explanation. I guess somebody WAS listening after all. 🙃
Some people say “I’d give this zero stars if I could.” But my one star is intentional—I absolutely loved playing this game, but the cruelty of players and staff is disgusting.

Don’t bother
This app is dying, bullies take over chat, and support is useless.
Dead App
I understand that the well probably dried up but… really killed the app in one fell swoop with the removal of virtually all games. Don’t even bother to check at all anymore, and I used to play daily. Too bad, fun while it lasted. Not going to check out the followup. Deleted, onto something else!
Banned randomly, no response from support
Played this game for about the past 6 months, had a lot of fun playing with friends. I even would message them back and forth on Instagram about fun stuff like game info and game suggestions. Few weeks ago, I was logged out and now I am unable to log back in. Tried contacting them thru Instagram, email, and discord, no response. Very frustrating as it seems I was permanently logged out/banned for no reason.

Can’t log in
After i submit my phone number it sends the code however, when i input the code it gives an error message: ‘something went wrong on our side, try again later.’ I tried everything and it’s now definitely later bc the developer needs to fix this so i can get on your app

Was banned for no reason
One day out of the blue I was logged out of my account and the app would not let me log back in. I emailed TapTap to see why I was banned - no response. I messaged them on Instagram and they blocked me. Stay away from this app at no cost. They will ban you for no reason and be very rude to you.
Can’t login, seems fishy
I’m no longer able to log in, like many others it seems like. I guess once you win a couple games it seems too sketchy to them, because nobody could possibly ever answer 12 common sense questions correctly. So they kick you out so that’s 1 less person to pay. Support is a joke because it doesn’t exist. Using high school blocking tactics to silence critics also screams ineptitude. They also have staff members winning games I’ve noticed to other dilute the pay

Utterly Toxically Disgraceful
I initially enjoyed using TapTap, but my experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Out of nowhere, I was kicked off the app without any explanation. I tried to contact their support team through Instagram, hoping for a resolution. Instead of helping, they BLOCKED me. The complete lack of professionalism and outright disrespect is shocking. This company clearly doesn't care about its users, has ZERO respect for us and operates with a level of incompetence and arrogance that's almost unbelievable. If you value your time, your sanity, and basic human decency, stay FAR away from this app. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be treated like trash.

Scam? Abysmal, weird support team
While TapTap offers an enjoyable trivia experience with many live games, their team is bizarrely incompetent. A week ago I found myself logged out of my account and was unable to log back in. Naturally I emailed support for help. Having received no response to this email to date, I messaged them on Instagram instead. It now appears that they have blocked me on IG! I am shocked, crestfallen, and annoyed. Avoid this app; it is likely some sort of predatory scam.

Banned for no reason
This app *was* great. Fresh trivia; unique innovations; paid wins promptly. I referred 10+ others to help grow the app… Then, I got banned. I heard several others were banned, too. No reason was given!…I put in dozens of hours on 1v1 games to earn enough points to buy “the apple”…which I never received. They never paid my last win either…Play at your own risk, I guess.

Stop scam advert tactics
I refuse to participate in this “new age” tactic of having to bombard three people with a link to this stupid game in order to even play. Why should I send a link to your game to others before I’ve even played it? What if I had only two people to send it to?
