The Leads List displays immediately upon user login. The new design is more spacious and easier to scan, with increased spacing to improve overall readability. Search and filter are clearer and more streamlined. Selecting a customer opens the customer profile – where the user can view or update contact information, add tasks, and review history, and add a lead/ vehicle. Clicking on the mobile number, the messaging screen will open – where the user can compose and send a text message. Under each Lead, the user can: Add Vehicle Add Trade-In Add Appointment Add Task Add Note Email Log Call/ Text Feedback is now accessible in Settings.
