The prayer times shown in the app are generated using an official calculation method. By default, the app can set this automatically based on your country/region, but some masjids use a different calculation method, which can make the times look “wrong” compared to your local mosque schedule. What to do: 1) Open Taqwa Time → Settings 2) Go to Calculation Method 3) Turn off Automatic (if enabled) 4) Select the method your masjid uses (or try the methods until you find the one that matches your masjid most closely) The prayer-time system in the app is reliable and based on certified calculation standards—the mismatch usually comes from the masjid using a different method/settings than the automatic one.

We truly appreciate hearing from you — it helps us improve the app. The prayer times in our app are calculated based on globally recognized calculation methods (such as Umm al-Qura, ISNA, MWL, etc.). If the times at your local mosque differ slightly, that’s completely normal. Most mosques add or subtract a few minutes based on their own interpretation or local practices. You can go to Settings > Calculation Method in the app and try different options until you find the one that matches your mosque’s timetable. Kibla direction

The Qibla direction feature works even without an internet connection. However, if you haven’t enabled location services on your device, the app won’t be able to determine your position, which prevents the Qibla direction from working correctly. Sorry for the inconvenience! Please ensure that location services are enabled in your device settings by following these steps: Open Settings on your device. Go to the Apps section. Scroll down and find Taqwa Time. Tap on Location. Select "While Using the App" or "Always" to enable location access. Once enabled, the Qibla direction should work correctly. Let us know if you need any further assistance!

Avez-vous vérifié si votre position est activée ? Avez-vous actualisé les emplacements dans la recherche de ville ? En général, les horaires ne s'affichent pas lorsque la localisation est désactivée. Tout cela est expliqué dans la section Confidentialité lors du premier lancement de l'application. Nous nous excusons pour cette erreur et restons à votre disposition pour toute aide supplémentaire.
