Target Ovarian Cancer brings you its first ever event app! Whether you join us virtually or at one of our fantastic events, you’ll be part of our community and an immersive experience where you’re able to track your progress, see your fellow walkers’ and runners’ progress and post to your social feeds. - Track your activity from start to finish - Take and share photos of your challenge - Engage with others on the news feed - Compete on our leaderboards - Chat with your team members - Invite others to join your team - Post a finisher photo to your social media and get donations - Seamlessly integrated with your Funraisin page! - Sync your account with the Health app (HealthKit) to read and track your workout data and calculate your leaderboard score. About Target Ovarian Cancer’s events Target Ovarian Cancer is the UK’s leading ovarian cancer charity working to raise awareness, fund research and provide much-needed support to women with ovarian cancer. We rely wholly on voluntary donations to do this. Every year we organise a number of challenge events for all ages and abilities and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone that takes part - the sponsorship raised provides us with a significant amount of our income. We’d love for you to join us either in person or virtually. Our organised events include The Ovarian Cancer Walk|Run – Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh and London Run for Mum - on mother’s day 11,000 steps a day in March – for Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month How to join us If you’ve already signed up to one of Target Ovarian Cancer’s organised events, you should have received an access code to activate the app. If not, sign up via the Target Ovarian Cancer website. We’ll send you everything you need to get started including training plans and a t-shirt or running vest, we’ll also be there for any of your queries.
