Bad customer service
I’m giving 3 stars as the reading from the psychics were amazing. How ever, when I was chatting to the psychic it was coming up as recharge, everytime I was saying no, it kept automatically taking extra money out and the chat then would continue, I didn’t consent to that, so I had to end chat before it reach low credit so the same thing wouldn’t happened. I have tried to reach support via whatapp said an agent will be with me in 5 mins I’m still waiting 5 hrs later. If I don’t get no reply or a refund I will slander this company all over social media. Guess what I made my first review on Facebook, some of these comments are dated back from 6 years ago. So why isn’t there any reviews then on there socials. And the whatapp support was created in April 26. I smell scam
