It is not good for now
I received my ring yesterday and honestly loved the shape it is beautiful and the best in the market however the App is not working properly at all. I keep loosing the count. The vibration which is unique about the ring is not working although I charged the ring all night. God be with you and reward you but it would be great if you fix all of this and then market the ring. It is still great idea but need more work and upgrading for things to work.

The app needs to be remade
I love the ring, genuinely a fantastic idea. But my God, this app is horrible. Please please invest in getting someone to remake the app or something! Every time I try do something it crashes, and it disconnects after a short time of using it. I really do believe if the app is made properly then this ring would be sold so much better! I’m so happy to give ideas even, just please sort out the app issues! Jazak Allah khair and may Allah give you success for a beautiful idea.

Honestly never complain but I’m so disappointed how the ring is £75 (very pretty) but just doesn’t connect. I feel like I’ve been mis-sold and influence by social media. Great concept but poor product, unfortunately just super let down. Lovely customer service though!

It’s a good ring. But after the latest update Version 1.7. The tasbeeh no longer resets by long pressing for 3-5 seconds. I have to go into the app to reset. Please fix as this is really annoying.

Please fix the connection issues bugggssssssss. When it reaches 9999 it keeps buzzing until I reset it. That is stupid. I can’t remove that setting everrrrrrr

Hello, it's because your app has set the task for "My Likes" to 9999. When you count to 9999, the task will vibrate and not count. If you want to solve it, you can reset or add the maximum number of tasks to 999999
Registering
I cannot register my ring or Bluetooth it. I cannot use that. I only gave it two stars cause I can still use the ring but not with the app.

This app is definitely more advanced than a lot of tasbeeh apps out there, so well done! I’d love to be able to reduce the vibration intensity of my QB708 via the app, and reduce the brightness on my SQ668.

Need it as a widget
A good app in general but it needs to add customised vibration and ability to use as a widget on homescreen
Not working
This thing is not even connecting and not even Turon ing on no really good but it works can’t adjust time qibla not accurate runs out of battery very quick not the right size they don’t sell the size I want and doesn’t even come with a charger. What a wast of $45 and the app doesn’t even let you change anything it only lets you change if you want the screen to flip or not.
