TAScanner

TAScanner is Tamil Australia's organiser and ticket-master companion app for community events. Event organisers, venue volunteers and authorised ticket masters can create an account, then use TAScanner when an organiser assigns them to an event. Access to each event is permission-based, so users only see events they are authorised to manage. With TAScanner, authorised users can: - Scan QR code tickets with the camera to check attendees in at the door - Search and look up attendees by name, email, phone, or ticket reference - View live event stats: tickets sold, checked in, and available capacity - Record organiser-approved door sales such as cash/EFTPOS or complimentary tickets for events that support them This app supports Tamil Australia community event operations across organisers and venues. It is not limited to employees of one company, and account creation is available in the app. Event-management access is granted only after an organiser assigns the account to a specific event.
