Although at first like any other pioneer exploring unchartered waters one experiences challenges, overcoming these strengthens ones ability, Tasdeeq seems of have quickly adapted and grown from these experiences. Glad we have something to help us verify our staff and build a community to help develop a database for references.

Great app

It’s an amazing app to facilitate better and safer work environment like background check / detect criminal records . This should be an app for all organisations in Pakistan . Well done!

Reliable, fast & easy…

Tasdeeq has created such an amazing platform that really helps businesses to get a background check on its workforce. Otherwise getting a police background check on a single worker would take days and with tasdeeq you can get 100s of workers’ data checked within minutes.

Tasdeeq App is what Pakistan needed for so long!

This app works like a charm! If you’re going to be hiring ANYONE to work for you, especially if it’s a mulazim in your house, you have to get this app! I don’t know how could I ever trust hiring anyone in the future without using this app! Brilliant idea and great execution!

Not mentioned privacy policy for customer data

Nothing mentioned about privacy policy and on top of that it has a long terms & condition covering them from all responsibilities and any fraudulent activities. Also mentioned they may aggregate and share customer info. If unregistered after registration they Mark data as delete and “may” delete info later.
This sounds like a platform to gather info for Pakistanis and Allsh knows the intention next.
Need to clarify it. If really made fir simple use to verify criminal records for workers why such a long complex t&c yet no privacy policy announced.

As for the section on terms and condition, we have employed a standard format but we remain committed to continuing to improve all aspects of our service. We do assure you, that privacy and confidentiality of sensitive information is of utmost importance to us.

Why is CNIC needed?

The App asks for CNIC, which I am not comfortable providing as I fear misuse. Can we not use this app without mandatory CNIC provision? Thank you.

Sir, Thank you for expressing that concern. We agree that in a country like Pakistan, misuse of private information is a legitimate concern. We assure you of the confidentiality of sensitive information. While we would love to provide an option without the need to enter the CNIC number, it is currently not possible since the CNIC number is the only available way to reliably cross-check the police records. Even in developed countries, like USA, all background checks require the use of a social security number which is similar to the CNIC number in Pakistan.
