Task log makes it very simple to keep an automatically time-stamped log of activities. Very simple app that has made my life much easier.
Great program
I have been using this program for over 4 year with very little problem. It is simple and very basic. I enter data all of the time.
It does have a tiny problem as program does. Or have a built in backup. I have a very easy way to back it up with little problems. Data is text and can be easily copied. Every week, I copy from the last date to current date and past it in a text file. Currently I use Toodledo. There has never been any problems doing it this way.

Don’t waste you’re time or $1. May as well use Notes. Poor awkward design. Amateur.
Task Log
Tesk log is an excellent tool one big problem is that it's very easy to accidentally erased all of the text entered by accidentally bumping the screen. Action final, work lost, no last question do you want to erase? Too late.
This is awesome daily recorder.
The app is very simple to use, and records date, time (can be adjusted in "settings." Thank you for developing this app. Would be even better if there was a way to color code the notes. Highly recommend this app.
