Incredible design, infinitely flexible, should be No1 on App Store!
We spent months trying ALL the top iPad task management apps and NOTHING comes close to Taskbox. Todoist? Boring design and can’t even produce a simple report on your team’s completed tasks. Clickup? Like others, it’s costly and can’t work offline. Monday? No proper Kanban view and insane pricing. With every single one, there was always SOMETHING that made it incompatible for the way we work and the budgets we have. Then we found Taskbox. It does EVERYTHING. Works perfectly offline, syncs perfectly when back online, cross platform (everything), list view, kanban view, add photos and to-do lists to tasks, export completed jobs to a spreadsheet for reporting, drag and drop simplicity, one-button shortcuts for everything, I could go on and on! But what we love most is the design: the app is a real pleasure to use on an iPad. WHY on earth is this app not No1 on the productivity chart?

Finally an App that does what I need
Too many apps are either too complicated or just not what I expected them to be. I can now assign, track and be notified of all our tasks. 👍

Best work manager we’ve used
Used a lot of work manager apps and taskbox is definitely the best. Easy to use, intuitive, can message each other and the dashboard is great, can personalise the widgets for what you need.
