Excellent

Recent update messed up the app on iPad but fine on iPhone. Support responded within 24 hours and were right on it. Took a few more days to resolve but support contact several times to check it. Special thanks to Britta. That is also my sister’s middle name and my great great grandmother! All good.

Customer support is back

I’ve been using this app since it first came out as a native iPhone app. I’ve tried most of the top rated organizational apps and found them too cumbersome to use. TaskFire’s intuitive and simple to use interface still makes it a great choice. The more recent reliability and customer support issues have improved with new personnel brought onboard (Britta L).
