Tasks app helps you create a realistic day plan. Organize tasks and projects in your Backlog, star the items you want to tackle today, and build a realistic Schedule around events pulled in from your calendar. Available for iOS, iPadOS and macOS. We don't store your data! Tasks doesn't have its own database of tasks, projects or events. Instead, it uses the data in your device's Reminders and Calendar apps. Connect your iCloud, Google or Exchange accounts to your device, and that's where we'll store your info! • Add tasks and projects to your Backlog, keeping important items at the top. • Star items to add them to your Schedule, planning your day around events pulled in from your Calendar. • Snooze items to hide them until a later date, or Icebox items that aren't a current priority. • Create recurring tasks for frequent to-dos.
