Taskz is a focused black-and-white planner that brings tasks, projects, public holidays, and Apple Calendar into one clear workspace. PLAN THE DAY - Create tasks with scheduled dates, start and end times, deadlines, and repeat rules. - Group work into colour-coded projects. - Check off each occurrence without losing a repeating task. - Reorder the day with simple drag controls. SEE THE FULL SCHEDULE - Move between Daily, Calendar, Events, and Settings views. - Use week and month calendar layouts with a scrollable daily agenda. - Search tasks and projects from the Events screen. - Hide past events, completed events, or holidays when you want a quieter view. - Choose a display time zone so every timed item is shown consistently. - Export and restore a portable Taskz backup. ADD PUBLIC HOLIDAYS Select holiday calendars by country and see them alongside your plans. Holiday data is cached so previously loaded dates remain useful offline. SYNC WITH APPLE CALENDAR - Choose one writable iCloud calendar for Taskz to read and write. - Existing events there become Taskz-owned so edits stay consistent. - Sync after edits, on launch and resume, every minute while open, by pulling down to refresh, and in the background when the operating system grants time. - Review field-level conflicts when the same item changes in more than one place. Taskz does not require a Taskz account and contains no ads or tracking. Your planner data stays on your devices and in the Apple calendar you choose when sync is enabled.
