I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. It’s been over two months since I raised a complaint regarding light replacement and window work, and yet no one has come to address the issue.
Despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been no action or response, which reflects very poorly on your customer care service. I’ve never experienced such negligence and lack of accountability before.
I request you to treat this matter as urgent and resolve the issues immediately. If not addressed soon, I have to go legal action.

Worst service ever ( I think it’s scam )
I don’t know what to say but I think it’s type of a company where they take the money and then disappear and I don’t know what to do !

This company relies on appearance only, they have no experience, they fix the garbage in the house to save themselves. The house is a moving problem

This is the worst maintenance facility as far as I know. They will be available only during 10:00AM and 03:00PM (the time usually you will be at work).
If you request for an express service you have to pay extra. You try reaching the customer care, they won’t respond. Try to reach them via email, they won’t reply you back. If you try to chat with them through the app, you won’t get any reply back.

I have never seen a app like this which is of no use. You can’t even update one complaint. And they don’t update from their side of the complaint is resolved or not so we cannot update another complaint. No contact numbers nothing to reach these people. Worstest ever.
