Worst Service - Poor Response
This is the worst maintenance facility as far as I know. They will be available only during 10:00AM and 03:00PM (the time usually you will be at work).
If you request for an express service you have to pay extra. You try reaching the customer care, they won’t respond. Try to reach them via email, they won’t reply you back. If you try to chat with them through the app, you won’t get any reply back.

Call out charges
Be care full to when you ask them to fix or change your light or any thing minor as they charge you AED50.52 plus Bulb or light which you can change by yourself for AED 2 -AED 3 or get changed by some one in for 10-15. They charge call out gor every thing separately lets say you have problem in your light , in your sink drain and in your AC so they charge 50.52 for each problem so total 151.54 . Which is just Crazy
