This box is such good value especially with the Cost of living crisis going on! This feeds me, my partner and 3 kids. Food quality is good! If you download the taste of chilli app it tells you you're delivery will be 45 mins and counts it down! So far it's always been here within 2/3 mins left on the countdown clock.

This restaurant used to be a bit hit and miss when it came to food quality, delivery and general customer service. Recently however, I have noticed a huge improvement in the food with it always arriving hot, on time and good quality. There has been a noticeable improvement with their customer service too. If we ever have any issues they are resolved swiftly and we are compensated for the inconvenience. In regards to the app, I’ve never had any issues what so ever.

I agree with little Simo 10 u had an order in and was an 1hr late cold and wrong.

Terrible service from the app! Food arrived after 90 minutes even though delivery said 45. Called to ask where it was, told it had just left, 20 minutes later had to call back to ask where it was. Arrived freezing cold. Called them back to tell them, was told I would have to give food back and then ring the company that deals with card payment (only open office hours), would not give cash refund as I was willing to give the food back for this as the food was disgusting when freezing cold. Terrible customer service and terrible app. Use Just Eat if you dare order from them as at least you are covered. Good Luck!!
