Missing issues
e magazines and Hoffman did not honor my customer loyalty and will not allow access to digital content that l purchased throughout my digital subscription and gave me every excuse on why l couldn't have access. Don't purchase digital products through either companies
Horrible app
This is not easy to navigate. I cannot tell if I have a subscription or not. When I click on a new magazine it wants me to buy it. Also new special issues do not show up. Or.....they are behind in posting them. I am ready to cancel the whole thing except I love their magazines. I got an email today saying they have a new special issue and it is not there. Bring back the old app. It was easy to use. Enough complaining.

I Don’t Get New Issues
It doesn’t seem to update. I bought a $20 yearly subscription, but I can’t access new issues whenever they come out. It doesn’t even show them as an option on the app.

App crashes ALOT!
Recipes are excellent though. But it still crashes.
The Missin Magazines
This app is no user friendly app. I had to delete this app and when I downloaded the app back to my phone I couldn’t get the magazines I had purchased . This also happened to me once before with the same app a few years ago
Cannot open new issues
I purchased a year subscription and cannot open new issues without it wanting me to purchase it first. Horrible app! Going to ask for refund.
Not sure how to rate
This app is not very user friendly I have found. Every time I open it it asks me if I want to restore my issues and that it may take a lot of bandwidth. I thought when I downloaded an issue it was installed locally on my iPad. It's very confusing.
Also not sure what you are supposed to do when finished with the magazine and are at the end. Can't seem to find out how to go back to the beginning.
But I love the recipes and photos in this magazine.

Subscriptions
A year or so ago I subscribed to a 6 mo. Subscription for $10.99. It keeps renewing but won’t let me download the magazines. It offers a single issue price for $4.99 not $1.99 as this app states. My favorite magazine and I can’t even access it even though I have already paid for it.

Waste of money
I subscribed through the App Store...what a joke! I have not been able to download anything! I would like my money back!

If I could I would rate zero stars! This update corrected nothing! I purchased the subscription one week ago, emailed and messaged you, but still am unable to access even one issue to read. I am only given options to purchase( which I've already done ) or preview. I am extremely frustrated. I have purchased several printed issues and enjoyed them, which is why I wanted a subscription. Digital is my preference. You offer this option but have not delivered the product. Please refund my money as you have failed to provide adequate services to your customers. All reviews have said the same exact thing.

Not Impressed w/ Update
I just updated my app and now none of my previous purchases are available. I love this magazine but am very frustrated at being unable to restore my purchases. Please fix this!!!

Absolutely Horrible
As bad as the previous release of this app was, at least one had access to their paid subscription. My annual subscription just renewed, yet I cannot access my magazines. Time to request a refund.
Will not recognize purchases
Like the other reviewers mentioned, it will not recognize purchases or subscriptions. Keeps wanting you to buy again!
Frustrated
I have been wanting this subscription for a long time so that I purchased it and then I am only given the option to buy not download anything I tried reinstalling the app nothings working so therefore I am requesting a refund please fix this issue

The last APP was horrible, this new one will not recognize my purchases. Extremely frustrating! I'm giving it one star, it let me review the APP!
Don't waste your time
You'll never find your purchases, new update won't let you get past without subscribing to a monthly purchase. I have bought special issues that I now can't get to. Need to warn Facebook cooking friends.
Horrible user experience
Purchased issues are not even remotely easy to access. They are part of a “stack” of all of the issues that you must flip through to find the ones you’ve purchased. And that problem will just compound as more issues are published. I’ve bought several issues and now it’s just too much trouble to try to search for them. (Not to mention that my bookmarks also disappeared.)
The previous design of the app was fine and included a sort feature to show purchased issues. The current design is absolutely terrible. I’ve essentially lost the money I’ve put into this app because of their terrible design decisions.

Change the app back!
This app is impossible to use anymore. I have to flip through all the magazines to find the ones I bought. Super annoying. It was easier when it had the ones you purchased in a list so you can pick which one you wanted to look at. Why did you change it?? I think I'm going to cancel,it's just to much of a hassle.

Why did they change?
You cannot tell just by glance if you purchased them anymore unless you scroll and touch each one. Very very inconvenient and tiresome, makes me want to scream at the developer who changed it. WHY????
