Had purchased magazines from very beginning… now the app won’t open and I’ve lost them all. What a waste of money
Avoid Signing up to Electronic Versions of this Magazine
My niece paid for the electronic version of this magazine as a Christmas gift for me, I wish she hadn’t. I fear that she has wasted her money. The app won’t maintain a set password, you have to keep resetting it. Each time you do that it resets your subscription start date gets put back put back another month, I signed up in January, I’ve had to buy two issues so my subscription now doesn’t start until 1 March.
Then when you click on the email link for customer your email bounces back as undeliverable. If these guys think they’re doing a great job, that’s probably why, complaints don’t get through.
I wish I’d just stuck to buying the magazine from the supermarket, at least I could read it AND still be able to refer back it the magazine at a later time.
Right now I can’t get new issues, can’t reopen previous issues. It is just really a waste of time and money. I wish I’d never thought I should do something good for the planet by not buying a paper copy.

Out of business…
This app containing high-quality digital editions of my go-to food magazine was a handy resource with full of energy.
As a subscriber, I transitioned digitally in 2021 after halting further printed copies. All print issues I already own will be sold off to reduce shelf clutter.
Each and every back issue since the first edition from 2013 used to display the $2.99 price tag. Nowadays, they show up as ‘Buy’. These have remained stuck as ‘Buy’ after repeatedly tapping on them, as no further prompts were shown. This also applies to all subscription offers that display unknown errors, asking me to try again later.
Very disappointed that purchases cannot be made on this app anymore. R.I.P

No access to back issues and no help either
App freezes if I go back one year for back issues. It really is a rip off!
Frustrating!
App worked great until an update about 1 year ago. Now it is terrible. Constantly closes during use, and if you turn the pages too fast it shuts down also. Very frustrating!
Abruptly kicked out
I am subscribed to both Taste magazine and Super Food Ideas and the latest update to both apps has made it impossible to read the magazine for a good period of time before having the app abruptly exit the magazine.
Stopped working
App is broken for me. Can't view anything in store. Endless loading screen.

Terrible and rip off
I already have a subscription and this app tried to charge me $2.99 for each magazine. I have logged into my account but still wants to charge me. Useless app for a useless magazine. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THIS APP!!!!

Upon purchasing this app, I was disappointed because I thought I'd have instant access to some great recipes. Well, I'm disappointed because I got no recipes unless I kept paying for a subscription or back issues of Taste magazine. What a rip off, and sneaky dishonesty.

I have paid for a year subscription but I have only had access to the first months magazine. I cannot get the any of the other magazine to appear for me to be able to download it. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but I still have the same problem. I bought the one year subscription back in March. I want my money back! This is very frustrating!

Good app, but?
I like this app however there is one major downside, whenever I see the latest issue when I press the home button on my iPad it won't update the magazine cover to the latest issue in newsstand, why? I went back into the app a few times coz it works for when it happens with other mags but all to no avail, it won't work for this mag for some strange reason, please fix this!

You're not even worth the one star I have to give
I had purchased a year subscription, which was great. It then came time to renew which I did, one month into the subscription the magazine needed an update. So I did the update and lost my subscription and now can't even see the year before. Really unhappy with it! But thanks for taking my money

This is one of the best mag apps I have. It's so easy to cook from using the step by step cook modes. Plus I love the cool animated covers. It's really easy to navigate too. Love love love💖
Doesn't work
Ended up getting a full refund as my one year subscription didn't work at all. No editions of the magazine came to me or could be downloaded despite the fact I got notifications saying they were available. Backup support was non-existent as I kept being referred to others. Hopeless! Individual editions I bought before buying the subscription, work well and are great.

Don't Waste Your Money
I downloaded this app and purchased the yearly subscription - I was able to see the first issue, but have not been able to view that issue again, nor any others. I downloaded the updates, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked. Given the other comments, you should be issuing refunds!
Disappointment.
I have paid for 12mths, and after only 2 editions, cannot download new edition.waste of money, I feel duped.
