User reviews

Useful recipe app

Wow! I’ve never seen a recipe builder that asks vegetarians if they prefer imitation meat or whole foods as a protein source. The ability to upload your fridge and get suggestions is also really useful.

Neat way to come up with new ideas on what to cook

Cool app that gives you new recipes based on what you normally like!

Inclusive & Easy to use

I’ve been on the low-FODMAP diet several times over the years for digestive issues, and it’s one of the hardest diets to actually maintain. Most recipe apps completely ignore it. TasteOS had it right there in onboarding, alongside dairy-free and a genuinely thoughtful list of restrictions (Jain, Hindu vegetarian, diabetic-friendly).

That level of care in the setup tells you a lot about the rest of the app. The design is clean, the taste-learning concept is smart, and it’s clear the developed obsessed over every screen. I can’t wait to meal plan this week!
