Tasting Notebook helps you taste wine, beer, and sparkling drinks with more structure, whether you are tasting alone or with a group. Create blind or open tastings, score each glass, record aromas and flavors with the tasting wheels, add bottle photos, save locations, and compare your notes with bottle information. Taste together with a QR code Start a shared tasting and let participants join by scanning the code. Everyone rates the glasses independently. When the host finishes, the group sees the favorite bottle, averages, and the glass that divided opinions most. Individual ratings remain anonymous in the group result. Understand your own taste Your personal taste profile is built from your ratings, grapes, countries, aromas, flavors, and structure. It explains recurring preferences and helps you compare future tastings. Choose the right bottle Describe or photograph a dish to receive pairing ideas from bottles you have tasted and suitable new styles. Photograph a restaurant wine list to compare the best food match, likely taste match, value, and something new. Continue in BottleVault Tasting Notebook uses IT24's dedicated BottleVault app for cellar inventory and wishlists. Send a tasted bottle or an older entry directly to BottleVault, review its details, and choose its physical position before saving. The app is free to download. Online AI analyses use optional credits, with one credit charged per completed analysis. AI results are educational suggestions and should be verified against the label. An IT24 account is required for shared tastings and online account features, with sign-in by email, Apple, or Google. Bottle photos are not included in account cloud sync. The app does not sell alcohol.
