Game is too difficult!

As much as i was enjoying this game, you wont go very far before you start to get stuck on levels. In terms of graphics and story, this game is probably on my top 3 best match 3 games ive played so far, but unfortunately its extremely difficult and its easy to tell its made by money hungry developers. The extremely hard difficulty ruined the game for me. Its so difficult its not even enjoyable. There’s a difference between challenging and impossibility. I like challenging but not to where i feel obligated to spend money to beat the level. Time to delete the game.

Don’t buy this game

I liked the game and played it for a bit until I went to buy more plays. The first one up is a $299 buy and I’m a senior with eyesight issues and I mistakenly thought it was $2.99. This is obviously a way to scam people out of their money putting the most expensive purchase first. Don’t give them any support with a terribly low handed way of doing business.

Needs new levels

I wanted to give this game 5 stars because I love it and I have created a great group on it. But I’m upset that there hasn’t been any updates or new levels and story added to the game. The bonus levels aren’t fun when there’s nothing to earn or do. Support told me that the game is suspended and no plans for future updates. Is this true? I don’t know why you’d want to stop this game when many people love it

Punished for sharing their illegal actions.

I bought the season pass and a glitch kept me from getting any of the rewards I paid for. I kept at them to get what I paid for. They eventually restored some but not all of what I paid for. But I am being censured in team chat by not being able to write the word “pass” along with just about every other word. Every word is a banned word for me. I have had all contests and events removed from my game so I can’t earn boosters and rewards to progress in the game. My team members have these, so it is targeted. This is so sick and wrong. I have played many games and never had another game do this.

Not getting what I earn or pay for.

I bought the season pass. As I earn each stage it checks it off but doesn’t give me anything. Not only the gold pass that I paid for OR the items everyone earn. Support is zero help. If I want to play and compete for prizes I have no choice but to keep advancing and getting nothing. I have many screen shots to prove this. Just plain theft.

Good game with one exception

I love the match 3 game. The competitions and events allow you to win enough boosters to actually play. I do buy the season passes because you get so much from them, but that is the only money you really have to spend. I had to stop playing for months because whenever I set off a lot of bombs the game would kick me off and I would lose my string of start-up boosters and additional boosters, plus lose the level. Support kept saying they were looking for a solution. Now I only get kicked off about 2% of the time. Big improvement.

Could be a fun game

Most of the time, this game is super fun, entertaining, and enjoyable. BUT: it keeps crashing on my iPad. It always crashes at least 2 to 3 times in the he middle of a level. I’ll be beating a level I’ve tried many times and it goes down. Then I’ve lost all my efforts. I’ve tried everything to fix this issue to no avail. I’ve pleaded with developers to repair this, and nothing. I’ve even called Apple tech support to see if it’s my device and my iPad is working just fine. So it’s the game’s issue, not my device. I’m about to delete this game if it keeps up.
UPDATE:since the update, the crashing has stopped! Thanks to whomever fixed this issue. 💕

Game kicks me out when I am about to win

When I combine bombs, the game kicks me out. Since they released the update with the new format, this has been happening. I contacted support right away. It took them months to forward it to a developer. Finally, they told me it would be fixed on the next update. It isn’t. I simply can’t play when I get kicked off every time I am about to win or I combine bombs. They are zero help. I took a video screenshot, showing what is happening. But even trying to attach the screenshot I am kicked out of the game. This does not happen in any other game or any application with a video screenshot. It is this game.

I absolutely hated this game at first

But I kept at it because it was amusing and really cute. It’s difficult to pass levels at times but if you keep working at it, it’s really fun. I can’t get enough of it. One of my favorite games. One thing is though that it gets stuck a lot of times. I’ve beat a level, and it freezes. That makes me mad. Other than that, it’s a cool game.

I actually love the game and appreciate the bonus rounds but it has been over a month now and you still have not updated the story. WHY??? Thank you for the new chapters! I am enjoying them.

Not free

This game only gives you a few lives and if you want to play longer you have to pay. And you only get one horseshoe with each game but it cost anywhere from 7 to 10 to do one project

Been waiting for months now.

I have been waiting for months for new levels. I don’t want to play bonus levels since I don’t get stars for passing them. So is there going to be or when will the new levels be released? I have invested time and money on this game and I like it a lot. Just want a time frame when or if new episodes are coming. Thanks.

Need more time

Game concept is great and fun except for one thing. You need more time to complete the levels. Even with a booster, most of the levels are too difficult to beat. So, if you could somehow manage to make the levels a little easier, the game would be complete.

Frustrating

I like playing this game. I’m tired of the screens always freezing and when I come back I have lost the level I beat. It froze right after the latest update and now I’m stuck on hard levels that make it almost impossible to get through. I’m not like some and are able spend money to keep playing. I want to play a game to relax not get stressed because I can’t play long enough to even pass a level. When you get bonus time it seems like you put in all the hard and very hard levels so you can pass. I understand you need to make money on this game but you don’t have make it impossible for people to play. I’m at the point that I’m going to delete this game if things keep going like this. It’s to bad as I have been playing this game for quite awhile. I guess if you don’t spend money you aren’t worth the time.

Not enough rewards/bonuses

Unless you don’t play for a long time , then they give you about a half hour for all bonuses , bombs , and stuff . Probably delete game soon as it’s gotten hard once I got far , unless I want to pay for those things , and I won’t .

It's a trap

This game is a money trap so parents beware if your child's account isn't secure for purchasing. The game starts out easy enough but as the levels grow, the matching screen becomes harder to the point that there are clearly no ways to clear it without purchasing the add on features. I'm done with the game now after testing it for my grandkids.
