This is a fun game but the support is beyond terrible. Do not download as the game features are NOT being updated. There are no new challenges and chat is disabled between team members. I tried contacting support and it has been NO response for several weeks. They are willing to take your money for diamonds and coins but unwilling to help. SCAM operation in play.

No more updates for awhile
Since the last event ended last year, there have been no updates on this game. The player base and the community are inactive. Plus customer support is unavailable if you need assistance.

What Happened?
The game WAS great until 2 days ago now you open it and it crashes. I deleted it and reinstalled it and no luck.
Revamp
Love the game. Log on every day but It’s been 5mths since the last update. Can you please get it updated. Normally every week we will have a chef challenge of the hamster but there has been no new chefs for a couple of months now aaaaand was also looking forward to purchasing the Xmas chefs to no avail. Can someone please fix the problem

Missing stars/slow times
I mean it was starting to get a interesting game for me until the times of cooking are extremely slow just to be starting the game really. Then I’m getting stars it’s still at 0. That’s actually a major downfall. Until things are fixed. Uninstall.
Game is great except…
This is a really fun game and I’ve been playing it for a few years, but it appears the developers are no longer working on this game. There’s a few glitches and there’s no more special event games. I really wanna keep playing the game, but it needs some love.
Fun game, but does not appear to be supported anymore
This has been a really fun game, but there has been a serious problem for the past 3 weeks with no response from the development team. The weekend event has been frozen and unresponsive, and the ads are very hit and miss as to whether they work or not. Again, great game with a fun variety of activities, but it really seems like the developer is phasing out the game. Too bad.

Not Working
Great game but currently having issues. Chef Club hamster stuck and no new town quests. Other members complaining of loading issues and no videos. Please fix.

Marketplace No No
The marketplace will have one player in there three or four times and you have a players you can’t access their store.
A good game but not for long term players..
This is a really great game for new players, but not so much for long term players as there have not been any updates for a long time and all the games are repeated with the same chefs. One game prevents you from getting the chef entirely if you already have it, so there is no point in participating. To get any new chef when competing in the games for someone who has played for awhile involves buying a ‘cooking pass’ at the cost of nearly £10 each time which is way too expensive. I wouldn’t mind paying occasionally if it wasn’t so much. It’s a shame because it’s an enjoyable game but now feels hollow to play.

Fun Game, Awful Support
The game itself is very fun and entertaining, however, the support leaves much to be desired. I reached out with the question and an auto reply informed me that due to bandwidth, they are not able to provide support on this app anymore. They have enough bandwidth to accept our payments for gems but not able to accept questions?? Also, be sure to check your settings and make sure that you have opted in for them not to sell your information, otherwise it's turned on by default.

Disappearing Crops
What has happen to this game. Since the last update whenever
I plant crops to finish cooking items, I go back and they all have disappeared. This is soooooo frustrating when I’m trying to finish

I love it
Tasty Town, it a nice game just don’t like that. They don’t put updates like oh like maybe put more updates when they kinda they don’t really put updates anymore. I don’t know why, but I get the reason I will understand why other than that I recommend this game is maybe put more updates. That would be nice.

Keeps freezing
It keeps freezing on recipe book at the academy at the start of the game
Cheated out of a chef
I won the recent town event (it’s almost over) and when i went to collect the chef and the other two rewards, it completely messed up. You serve dishes and every five dishes you can collect a card for a reward. The rewards did not match up to what was shown and I was cheated out of the holiday chef. This game is fun but too many glitches. It often cuts off after opening as well. I want my holiday chef i worked so hard for. I won the town event btw.
