Third class service
My car insurance policy was issued in my name with wrong vehicle registration number and other details like car make, model, engine and chassis number. Worst part is even after providing my RC card details, previous policy details and successful completion of vehicle self inspection still these illiterates have sent the same wrong copy to my address after two months. I have already lodged complaint in consumer forum. All after market customer care services from Tata in any trivial field is useless. They are simply fostering worthless donkeys in their company. Claim Settlement Delayed for Over a Month – No Support or Updates
Worst app and extremely poor customer support from Tata.
I met with an accident last month and raised an insurance claim. Since the garage was not listed under cashless garages, I had to pay the entire amount upfront assuming the reimbursement would be settled within a week. However, it has been more than a month and there is still no proper update on my claim.
I raised 3 service requests, but all of them were automatically closed without anyone even contacting me. The app does not provide any meaningful status updates, and there is no proper customer care number available to speak with someone directly.
This has been a very frustrating experience during an already stressful situation. I expected much better service and support from Tata. Definitely not renewing this service again.

Poor and unethical service
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and file a complaint regarding my recent insurance claim under my Tata AIA insurance policy. I have been paying my policy responsibly and I have taken the policy with the expectation of full support during the claim process.
However, when we submitted our claim, the company rejected some parts of it. After that, a person handling the process asked for a bribe of **₹500** to “pass” the remaining claim and clear it fully. I strongly feel this is unethical and unacceptable. This has caused significant stress and a very poor experience for me.
I request you to:
1. **Review the rejected parts of my claim** and reconsider the decision based on the documents and facts submitted.
2. **Investigate the incident** where a payment/bribe was requested to approve the claim.
3. **Confirm the status** of my claim and inform me of the next steps in writing.
I believe insurers should support customers fairly and transparently, and I request that this matter be handled professionally.

Ridiculous service; never take any insurance
I am not a bot giving review neither a competitor. Just an average working employee. TATA AIG will fool the hell put of you. I have taken comprehensive plan which covers everything. My car met with a minor accident. TATA Aig sent surveyor after surveyor to check the car 4 times. And i say it literally. Still no conclusion and no approval. And second hand cars never buy insurance from this company. I am warning you. Finally after 1 month of my car sitting in service center i took my car out without any repairs because service centers charge exorbitant fees. But never take insurance from this company. You will regret it.

Poor response from TATA AIG Insurance
Tata AIG claims that it has network garage where 2 wheeler claims will be done cashless but when you call to network garage they say it is for 4 wheeler and not for 2 wheeler claim so you have to pay from your pocket and get the reimbursement. I had registered claim against my motor vehicle insurance but from last 5 days no surveyor has visited. Even though the company provide surveyor contact number but they do not pick up your call at any time and will neither respond to you. I have called customer care also but they also have certain limitations due to which cant resolve the problem. So to conclude there is very poor response and now I dont see any sign of response and find myself helpless. Please look before going ahead or before porting for TATA AIG as your insurance partner.
