Just consider these small step tata

I dont know why you guys (tata) are not fixing the bugs of this app , the app is so crashed that i dont even make a user to signin and signup , you have. A top class brand name and i am shocked why you guys and not fixing this application , i just want to say these small things make a big imapct on your service and that degrade your brand image , so just take these small things into consideration and work on these so that a customer have a faith and proud to say that, I am a tata vehicle owner.

Waste App

This is such a pathetic application built by tata. Given the brand value this is no where close. Most of the time the application is all blank, tried launching time and again but it shows a clean slate. Tata should take necessary steps to upgrade the application for a better user experience. This is a complete waste as of now, better remove it from the app store until you have a better application for your customers.

Pathetic App

It was working before but from 2 months it’s not even opening. Always a white screen. Today I deleted and installed again the app and now it’s not even logging in. If you can’t fix an issue of app how you’ll be fixing cars???? How can i access data’s or information regarding service of my car. Buying a luxury car from Tata was a wrong decision. Didn’t expect this from Tata as they are giants in technology also like TCS. Please fix this issue or else remove this app from stores, we will go to local service centers as parts also available in market.

Not at all working shame on Tata

I am trying to check my service history or book service through app since 1 year . I waited for multiple updates so that it can start working but no luck . None of the pages are working and no data is displayed .
Except going to showroom physically there is no way to contact Tata service centre this is the worst experience I have seen . None of the service centre people will pick the call on time .
Guys please don’t go for Tata insurance , Tata towing facility , easy booking nothing works as customer friendly .
We are happy only because of Tata build quality and service I rate for 0 zero .

Consistant on Being Unreliable

I wish Tata Motor would listen to customers, take their feedback seriously and act faster to incorporate the same. The app has my car details one min and then it does not the next.

They need to understand things can work well in the lab. But the real world is not the lab.

It’s like you are trying to stop someone from crashing and they don’t take you seriously or just acknowledges you for the heck of it.

Ill designed App

This app is so badly designed such that it never meet the customer needs or expectations. For example, if you want to give a customer feedback, the app will allow opening the Feedback window only after 14 days until 20th day of the service. Upon opening the Feedback menu on the 15th day the app hangs and it will never allow you to enter the feedback until the 20th day. After 20th if you try to open the Feedback window again, the app says that the feedback period is over. I think the app is designed in such a way that they never care about customer feedback or don’t want to entertain them. The service quality as well as the app shows the same pathetic attitude from Tata Motors towards the customers.

Shame on TATA

Such a pathetic app this is, competing with their product quality control and service centers for reaching new lows. We can not schedule appointment in this app. I spent almost an hour twice listing all problems and issues for service. Finally when I click submit, app throws up a message “service booking failed”!! If you call designated numbers of their service center, no one is answering or switched off. You can not walk in for service either unlike Maruti Suzuki! Dear Tata, when your service centers can’t handle service appointments, at least provide us a better app for booking and managing Appointments. We paid our hard earned money to buy your cars out of trust we have in brand TATA. Don’t ruin it trying to save few rupees in developing a proper app.

I am a so called Proud Owner of a Tata Tiago NSG hv been trying to register with Tata Motors repeatedly FAILING !! The Image of Ratan Tata is affected here failing to register in SWAGAT I am asked to insist calling and registering but the response from Toll Free 7979 I am directed to Toll Free 8282 who doesn’t know what is SWAGAT !! ( and I am directed to contact the Dealer who has failed in providing info they hv to provide in the SWAGAT Booklet on delivering the vehicle !!

App appears no good as my repeated efforts to add vehicle is failing after receiving numerous alerts to download a revised app available .. wonder why subject customers to undue trouble ?!!

Helpful app but tremendously slow

The app is good in terms of tracking service history and related things but the app interface is tremendously slow and sometimes completely unresponsive. Please work on that asap.
Problem areas
1. Unresponsive touch response on bottom navigation
2. Blank screen on multiple options with no user information

Can’t give feedback after service

Why the hell it is so difficult for you guys to fix a submit button. First of all feedback sharing should be enabled from the day service is done but you guys have a restriction of sharing feedback after 13 to 19 day.. what kind of logic are you using here? And even when I’m trying to write feedback on 13th day I’m getting a popup saying “provide your chasis number” seriously??? Moreover there is no field on feedback page where I can write my car’s chasis number. And why can’t you use the chasis number which was used during signing into the app. Worst experience.

Tata motors really needs to work on improving their apps

I have been using this app for the past 1 year but till date, there has been no improvements in the app performance. Day 1 when I was using the app, I was told that the app will improve since it’s a new app and till today, the app still does not load any details. I have tried everything, like, restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, nothing has helped. The developers need to really work on improving the app, at least for the basics.

Worst app

Tata is a global know brand and in past few years Tata morale has changed a lot , but this app is opposite of this . Worst service app , data does load it take 3-4 min to show data on Wifi ,it doesn’t load on mobile data .Try to book service through app and it doesn’t work , try to get information about insurance it show error .
Please update the app and make it functioning.

Pathetic app by developer. Waste of money by tata on this app

Purchase vehicle in July 2021 and since july 2021 till today not able to update the mobile number even after updating the same at service centre. Number which updated on app belongs to dealer and when i tried to update my number then it says tmsc customer care will connect you for this and since july i am waiting for the call from customer care, Tata apne apne aap me ek acchi brand hai jis kisi ne bhi ye app banayi hai tata ki goodwill kharab kar daali.

If have the option to give negative star then will definitely do it.

Useless App

It never fetches any data. You can’t book appointment. You can’t see your vehicle info. You can’t connect to RSA. What is this App designed for then? You can simply take this down and fire your IT team who designed this app and are maintaining it. Pathetic.

Update. Got a reply from TATA on this review to share contact details as if there is an issue with the vehicle and they need to check that. Your App is an issue and it doesn’t work for anyone properly. You should fix that first.

Unable to add vehicle

I am unable to add my vehicle. Once I give my chassis number, It asks for mobile number and then it moves to OTP screen. When i enter OTP, it gets stuck in this screen. It does not show any error. It looks as if Submit button is disabled. Very disappointing experience. Login is a basic functionality and is not working. Why does Tata do this? Making good Cars does not suffice. Tata must improve on after sales service and customer relations. Not at all par with competitors.

Overawed with such a wonderful app

This app is so wonderful that I can’t believe that someone could actually design an app like this. Would have given more stars if I could.
This app helps you to understand your vehicle. It’s almost like talking to Herbie. One glance and the app gives you everything you ever need for your car. It’ll remind you to tank up. It’ll remind you to rotate your tires. It’ll remind you to buy groceries on your way back. The list is endless.
Need to nominate the developers of such a great app to App Developer Awards for the App Developer of the year!!!

Pathetic and crappy app !!

Which company developed this app? Or is this some first year project? After entering the mobile number for the first time it says you have exceeded the number of attempts. Seriously? This is the message when you do it the first time…
I could still live with this nonsense, but sadly even after trying out for a long time i am still not able to get into the app to see my service details.
Few things which i have already done,
1. Restarted the phone and the app
2. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
3. Deleted the app and waited for 30 secs before installing.
4. Yes, i have a Tata vehicle and is fully compliant and genuinely purchased from tata motors.
5. Prayed to god.

Nothing has worked so far. If you care to go digital and live in the 21st century and tata which owns TCS truly lives up to its software capability you will certainly fix these flaws.

Feedback reminder missing

I will really appreciate if this app can add reminder for service feedback.
Scenario:
I went for service and want to give feedback through the app. Sometimes we miss the feedback calls from the CSR. On my home screen i see the last service. Now, when i click on feedback i see error saying “you can give post service feedback between 13th to 19th day from the date of servicing”.
It will be good if i can add a reminder for same as 13th to 19th day is difficult to remember and we miss many times.

Car details not updating correctly and can’t receive otp if logout

I have been using this since august and sometime if we open it won’t show anu details if i am on a high speed wifi connection also the server is too slow and yesterday I accidentally deteled my car from this app once i try to add it back its not sending otp on time if we get frustrated and close the app after an hour you will get OTP . Please assist how can i add my cat again

Not able to even login

I am a registered customer on this application, still I am not able to login. I have tried “forget ID” & “forget password”. When I click on forget ID option; a flash message appears saying “your ID has been sent to your e-mail address” but I nothing is coming up in my inbox even after the wait of hours. Moreover when I click on forget password option the app just keep on trying something but nothing happens. All in vain. Just a hopeless application from Tata Motors.
