This has scam written all over it.
It’s terrible and I get better results with Pinterest of all places. I did get my $$ back on a charge back from Apple.

This app is too basic
I was looking for something in the style of trash polka. I wanted it to be on my knee and. It also would not allow me to give it further instructions when it did get something close to what I would like so that I could hold the tattoo in better to what I would actually want
