Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Ich habe die 3-Tages-Testversion abgeschlossen und sie vorsichtshalber direkt wieder gekündigt. Das mache ich grundsätzlich so, um nicht in eine ungewollte Abofalle zu tappen, falls mir die App nicht gefällt. Wenn sie mich überzeugt hätte, hätte ich mir das Abo später problemlos wieder geholt.
Das Dreiste daran: Obwohl mir 3 Tage Testzeit zustehen, wurde mir der Zugriff nach gerade einmal zwei Stunden komplett gesperrt – nur weil ich die automatische Verlängerung gekündigt habe! Ich konnte die App also nicht einmal ordentlich testen. Richtig dumm und absolut kundenunfreundlich geregelt. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Not worth it

Before you can even use the app you must pick a subscription 1 year £29.99 or monthly £14.99 then you can basically paste images on top of each other. Don’t waste your money use a free ai tool or any art software like canva or photo shop. You will get better results and have far more options to customise

I hate when an app forces me to do a 3 day free trial and the pay like this is AI u didn’t work for it anyway so why r u making it so difficult for people to access content. Crazy thing is the app is free on the store so it’s a complete lie

Scam

The force you to pay for a membership to use the app which is fine but once you sign up there is no way of deleting the membership. I requested help over 10 days ago and still haven't got a response. This membership is expensive and I didn't mind paying once so I could use it once but now it won't let me cancel.

Dear User, Could you send an email to hello@tatship.com for support? - There is a 3 Days Trial, you can always cancel free trial in Apple Settings - For deleting account / your data, simply go to the Profile tab, scroll to bottom you can find the delete button that you can operate by yourself

Every app claims it’s free until you start putting information in then you figure out there’s a subscription attached to it.

As ferramentas parecem boas e funcionais, mas não sei porque alguém que só quer experimentar uma tatuagem pagaria um plano anual para isso. Assistiria anúncios sem problemas para ajudar os desenvolvedores, mas acredito que a maioria usaria o app poucas vezes antes de desinstalar

A company that cares

The tattoo try-on feature works so much better than any other tattoo app (I’ve tried at least 7).

So I was upset when a bug wouldn’t let it work on my iPhone 13. I emailed support and they fixed it within a few days and thanked me for alerting them.

I was honestly shocked at how nice, responsive, and effective they were at fixing my app experience.

These guys care!!!

Muss einen Account anlegen und vielen Klicks erfährt man das man ein Abo abschließen muss, ohne das man sich die Funktionen erst anschauen kann. Da ist eine 3 Tägige Testphase auch nicht hilfreich

It’s Just Okay

The app is simple to use but the AI is marginal even when specific elements were inputted. It would also be good to have the ability to warp or manipulate the tattoo when the body moves.
