Useless
This App and printer are useless. The app is awkward to use, if you like to print stencils on the larger spirt stencil paper, you can’t because this won’t allow for anything larger than letter. If you print through a pc, you still can’t bypass this with photoshop. The app shrinks every single image you print and there is no way to fix this, even with the new update on 8/15/26. The smart thing would be to allow for “inches” for those of us that use them, also fix the shrinking issue. Even better, let your printers connect like a real printer so we can just print from any app and not this garbage.

Won’t let me sign in
Every time I try to log in it sends me a code says it’s good for one minute and I enter it and hit send in two seconds after it’s sent and it says the code is expired even though I got it two seconds ago
Beginner
My husband bought me this stencil printer and even though I’m a beginner, I’ve found it to easy to use and my stencils come out clean and clear
App fixed works great
I am able to save my designs in the app that was an issue a lot of other reviewers were having. I really like using this to print.
Weird app
Prints well and connects to printer however, you can’t make an account and that’s just weird and dumb because you would want all of your stencils saved on there. Idk they need a major upgrade, a lot of potential just going to waste

Same problem, can’t use code to make an account to log in. So many gadgets I get from there I can’t use. Who do I call? Temu is impossible to!

Cannot log into the app- says my phone number is illegal a s the email code is expired as soon as I receive it.

I like the app it’s helpful, just won’t let me make an account? Says my phone number is illegal? Then I try email and get a code and the add code in then it says code has expired. Like wth?
