Code not accepted
Been trying for 5 days now keep getting code expired or not accepted!!

I have read a lot of negative reviews for this app, however, I downloaded it, logged in, entered my registration as requested, (registration number was emailed to me), and hey presto! It loaded my tickets I had purchased several weeks ago, and provided information about the event, timings, location etc.

Hasty Criticism
I was ready to send a very negative review a few weeks ago as after I downloaded the app all I could get was a grey screen. About a week ago I received an email with all the instructions and confirmation code and once logged in there was all the information and QR code with the tickets for last night’s Edinburgh Tattoo. Worked perfectly. Think I should have been a bit more patient.

App seems to work fine for me !
We swapped tickets with my friend and it was easy going, my tickets are now live and his will be in 2 days !
I see a lot of comments previously saying that the app is not working, perhaps the time hadn’t come yet ! I download the app only when I received the emails :)

Useless as an app!!
Downloaded this and registered, got tickets on it but now it has gone from my Home Screen I can only access by going into App Store

Does not load
I followed the instructions. I have a relatively new iPhone. The app displays a raw coding error message and then asks me again for a verification code. And no way to email them. Hopeless, given we have paid a fortune for the tickets.
Total shambles
Like everyone else I tried to log in when the app was officially open but it wouldn’t accept anything. I changed my password but no it didn’t like that either. It gives me a verification code but then says an error has occurred. Total crap.
How am I supposed to access my tickets
How am I supposed to access my tickets like you’ve told me to do, when your app won’t let anyone make an account. It sends a verification code, I type it with no errors, but your app tells me it’s invalid. I don’t think it can become invalid in two seconds.

This app does not work at all. I have tried every method as others are complaining about, blank gray screen with error messages. So now how do I get my tickets?
Grey screen at first
Much like others I initially received the grey screen of death, but the most recent update appears to have fixed it. Make sure you use the same email you registered for the tickets with. The developers could provide more details in the instructions. We shouldn’t have to rely on negative reviews to figure out how the app is supposed to work.

Should be working by now
I’m set to attend in 9 days and cannot access my tickets. Just the silver screen when I bring up the app.
Poor app
This app just shows a blank grey screen,, says you can get your tickets via this app but can’t get past the blank screen,, useless come on sort it out
Grey screen only
The Tattoo starts in less than 2 weeks and still all I see is a grey screen after logging in. No confidence at this point they will make it. Remember when we received actually tickets when we shelled out hundreds of dollars?

No Access
As other people have stated tried to sign into my account and just get a blank screen. Have deleted and reinstalled but no good. Tech team need to get this sorted as will I be able to access my seats in August ??
