Crashes upon startup
Since I updated my ipad to the new version 2 days ago I have not been able go use this app. It crashes when launched. I have tried reinstalling, restarting my device, etc. but nothing works.
Good when it works
Keep getting a “No internet connection” error even though I have a good data connection. Sometimes closing the app and relaunching helps sometimes it doesn’t. You also can’t have two devices logged in at the same time so if my wife was reading the paper she has to log out before I can go in and read the paper. At this point we’re considering switching it to the regular paper instead of online/app subscription.

New User - Not Happy
Well I am really disappointed with this application. I recently purchased a year e-subscription to my local paper so I can read the paper on my iPad. Only to find out that this application does NOT work, and there is no expected resolution timeframe. I called support and their only recommendation is to use a browser. Well my iPad is WiFi only and will not work on the train, where I wanted to read the paper.
Please fix this ASAP!
