Not user friendly
I have tried numerous times to update my payment information to no avail. I today received a sorry to see you go email. I’m frustrated enough to just forget all about the newspaper!! Please send me instructions for that.

Lots of old news.
Would be nice if I could access latest edition of news. What I mostly get is news from days gone by. Stories are not dated. What I would like to see is an online version of the daily paper. If that is possible have not found as yet, which would mean app is not user friendly. Sorry I subscribed.
APP Missing features
An APP for a paid subscription should have a log in and log out feature. None exists and if it does it’s buried in a location no one with common sense would think to look. I have a paid subscription and can’t sign in because the new APP starts off with a page that allows for it, but when clinking on sign in, it redirects to a source not found page. Guess y’all don’t have QA testing going on do you?
