Non existent customer service
It’s ok when everything works. Expensive but OK. If, however, you have a problem with your order, good luck trying to get them to pick up the phone or answer an email. As soon as I can figure out how to uninstall the app and opt-out of their email, then I’m sending them straight to the cornfield.
Nice app, some room for improvement
Would really like to see IBU along with ABV, and have the ability to search by brewer.

Issues
The app keeps telling me Tavour is not available in my state which is Northern, VA and it kicks me out. I order from this app all the time and now all of a sudden I cannot.
If you like variety!
If you’re one of those beer drinkers like me who just can’t get behind a ‘daily drinker’, Tavour is for you. Although they prioritize the trendy beers, I’m still able to find solid non-adjuncted and non-hazy brews to suit my need for variety. The app is easy to use, and recent changes to shipping providers are positive. Love that they are willing to make an offer for the effort to write this review, by the way. More businesses need to do that.

Good way to try new things, some minor issues
I've used Tavour for years, and it's mostly good. The price markups seem a touch high until you realize you're able to buy single cans and have everything shipped. There are some interesting things when you're scrolling through. These are nitpicky, but options to further filter or sort available beer (and more easily view past orders and purchases) world be appreciated. I also often get double notifications, but two is better than zero!

Beer Nirvana
After years of loving craft beer, getting access to Tavour has been a total game changer. Living in a rural “beer desert,” I used to rely on stocking up during trips to bigger cities, grabbing whatever singles and bombers I could find spending hundreds at a time on anything I could find and filling up my fridge just to stock it and letting things go bad before I could get to them. Now I have access to a huge variety of high-quality beers on demand, including rare and hard-to-find options I’d otherwise never get without planning an expensive trip.
The pricing is very fair, usually only a couple dollars more per can or bottle than retail, and the flat $15 shipping fee is a huge plus no matter how much you order. My favorite feature is the ability to hold and extend shipments. Being able to bundle everything into one box every few months fits my budget and schedule perfectly, though it’s great that more frequent deliveries are an option too.
If I had one small critique, it would be that pre-order arrival estimates can be a bit inconsistent. That said, it’s a minor issue compared to everything the app gets right.
Overall, Tavour has completely changed how I experience craft beer, and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Swift shipping; swift refund on busted can
I really like the diversity of beer offered through the app (I hope my favorite, Scratch Brewing, is listening). I got the box of brews quicker than expected. Alas, one of the cans burst during transit. No fear; Tavour’s customer service people gave me a refund on that beer within an hour after emailing them.

Returning Customer
After a two year absence we are returning to Tavour. We like supporting our local bottle shop. However, have found that the beer descriptions on the ap, variety and freshness of available beers is unmatched. Also, unmatched is the convenience of shopping from my phone and low cost flexible shipping dates with delivery to my front door.

The absolute best way to get beers for someone that lives in an area where good beer is difficult to get. Always the best selection of different types and collections of beers across the nation. Cant think of a negative issue for the beer lover! Highly recommend!
Great Access to New Beer
Tavour is a great tool to obtain access to beer that is not distributed in my area. The only downside is that the preorder process incentivizes you to fill a new crate (and incur shipping costs) if the beers can’t be added to the current crate.

I am pretty sure that I tell every single person that I know about this app! Best way to try new beers from smaller breweries that I know! If you are reading this and on the fence about downloading the app… Do yourself a favor and download it!
Great idea!
So awesome to be able to try beers from all over the country, shipped right to my door! Love the options to buy singles or multiples and mix and match! This last box we got 18 beers, some that we had tried before but loved, but others that kinds push the envelope on our flavor profiles. Should be interesting and delicious!
