AWFUL APP! TOTAL SCAM! They refused to pay back the taxes I paid. They said that “when the store paid them,” that they would then pay me. What? Total rip off. I couldn’t get back any of the money that I paid. Horrible experience and customer service. Do not use at all costs.

Useless App, lacks any information on what the proper steps are
I rarely take time to review apps in the Apple Store but this one is so bad and had me so frustrated that I am going to do it. Basically the app is meant to assist travellers visiting a foreign country in recovering the taxes paid for souvenirs and gifts purchased abroad that will be taken away. The pamphlet that I found in one store does describe the first step: take a picture of the receipt and upload it. After that your pretty much on your own. There is a need for the receipt (which in the app will be called a form from now on) to be sealed and stamped. However, there is no information whatsoever on how this can be done. We had the impression that everything must be done online. Not so. There are still things that have to be done at the airport. Such a waste of time.

Don’t waste your time!
Instructions to scan and validate at a Diva in the airport, however, Diva will not scan. Diva is not operated by B Free Tax but by another Vat company. After numerous emails to BTax ,which was quickly responded to, and trying everything they said to do, I gave up. Other Tax Free stands cannot assist as this is not a company they are familiar with. I spend over 40 minutes trying. Last contact from company, asked me to send them a copy of my boarding pass and they would try to validate. Never heard from them! Glad this wasnt a significant refund!

Falta soporte. No permite scannear facturas y la lupa para buscar locales tampoco funciona. Buena idea, necesita más ajustes y mejor usabilidad. En el comercio en donde me la dieron no sabían cómo se usaba.

First time I downloaded the app and tried to create an account. It will not let me indicating that someone with this information already exists!!! How can that possibly be?
