Excellent software and easy to use

This app is an excellent, secure way to communicate with the Tax Professional handling my case. Not only does it allow secure messages to be exchanged, but documents can be uploaded and downloaded from the app. It is very simple to install and use. I highly recommend it.

Quick and easy

Let’s be honest, one of the last things you want to go through in life is an audit. After completing my taxes in 2024, I received notification from the IRS that I owe additional money. The tax audit app made it easy to talk with the tax professional. We communicated back-and-forth securely and I uploaded documents with ease.

Very Buggy

This app is very buggy. It kicks me out frequently when I am maneuvering through the app, taking all the way back to the login screen.

What a joke

I’ve gotten gotten this “product“ through TurboTax in every year I’ve needed to use them. They’ve never been able to help and I get someone who can’t understand me or I can’t understand them so they just end up closing my cases every year trying to blame me for not being able to do IRS stuff because I’m not a tax expert, this company gets great reviews and I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them for five years haven’t been able to help me one time and then closes my case when I can’t understand something. That’s the whole point of you guys.

Great assistance

I’ve had Tax Audit with my Turbo Tax purchase for many years. I had questions with my 2023 return and contacted them for assistance. Tax Audit was quick to respond and offer assistance.
