Không nhận được OTP để sử dụng app
App ảo ma kinh dị, phải điền sđt để lấy OTP mới vào đặt xe được. Mà mình thử hẳn 2 sđt, 2 cái đt khác nhau. Chỉ thấy app báo đã gửi OTP thành công xong chờ lòi mắt méo thấy mã OTP đâu cả. Thằng nào làm app xứng đáng trừ lương =.=
App không hữu ích
Có app, có thông tin điểm đến, báo giá tiền. Nhưng tài xế lại tính tiền theo đồng hồ, chạy vòng quanh để tính thêm tiền.

When you book a taxi drive with this app, it will quote you a price. When you arrive, the driver will show you a taxi meter that has a different price. When you complain, the Taxi Group dispatcher says that the price in the app is an estimated price rather than the final price. This is really really bad.

App issue
This app always doesn’t work well.
The app automatically cancel my request due to busy time so I find another taxi from other taxi company.
Then driver from taxi group calls me “I arrived to pick up “ even this app canceled my request.
Also when I am waiting for a driver, app shows wrong status like request cancelled or the trip completed something like that.
I thought driver canceled it but actually no.
The problem is always errors of this app.
