On paper, this is a great app. It’s nice to have have an alternative to Uber. BUT if you live in an area where there aren’t many drivers using it, it’s pretty useless. You pay up front for a journey and when you cancel due to lack of available drivers the funds are stored in the app wallet. The app crashes if you attempt to withdraw. Also, where I live the rates charged by the app are much higher than the standard metered taxi rates.
Basically check for coverage in your area. I was pressured into downloading this app by a local driver. He should be pressuring other drivers to sign up, then it might work.

Does not allow you to withdraw your own money!
Terrible! Used this as recommended by the taxi driver, booked a cab, money taken upfront and no cab arrived. Have tried to withdraw my money and the app keeps crashing! Surprise surprise all the contact details don’t work either!
Does not allow refund
Used the app to book a ride for my mother. The app requires payment upfront before you even know if any driver would take the job. No driver picked up the job so I cancelled the booking. The upfront payment went to “my wallet”, which has an option to “withdraw” the payment to get a refund, but every time I tap on “withdraw”, the app crashes. Tried about 10 times and each time the same thing happened. Now have lost £28 for no reason.
