30 минут пыталась вызвать через приложение в ЧОГАНЛЫ!!! На карте видны машины но никто не берет заказ, а при отмене заказа показывает имена водителей которые не понятно зачем указаны, Вы издеваетесь? Нет ни одного номера для обратной связи те которые есть не отвечают а короткий номер мне предлагает через приложение, закройтесь к чертовой матери с таким сервисом.

Не компетентные водители

Не понимаю зачем нашим таксистам карта, если они не понимают как ей пользоваться, и достают тебя- потому что просят сказать и объяснить куда им ехать. Лично я пользуюсь онлайн заказами, чтобы не общаться по 10-15 мин. объясняя где я нахожусь и надеюсь, что они смогут меня найти по карте, так как я ставлю точку моего местонахождения. Максимум что они должны спросить у меня, какой подъезд, и сообщить мне, что приехали.
